QUEENSBURY - A man will spend up to 22 years in prison for killing his roommate's infant son last fall. Michael Flint Jr. of Glens Falls pleaded guilty in April to second-degree murder and manslaughter for the death of 7-month-old Colbi Bullock. He was sentenced in Warren County Court Monday.
Police say the 22-year-old beat, choked and bit Colbi in the days before the baby's Nov. 14 death. The boy's mother, Alicia Lewie, was not home at the time. Lewie was convicted of second-degree manslaughter for failing to protect the child from harm and not bringing him to a doctor soon enough.
