Auburn city counilors and officials could be finishing their weekly business earlier than usual this summer.

City council will vote Thursday on a resolution that would move the start time of its weekly business meetings between June 26 and August 28 to 4 p.m. Currently, city council meets at 6 p.m. four Thursdays a month in Auburn Memorial City Hall.

Also on Thursday's agenda is a resolution to meet July 2 instead of July 3 because of holiday activities.
