Thruway's State Fair exit may see delays

Commuters to and from Syracuse who use Exit 39 of the state Thruway may experience some minor delays starting Monday as a result of an exit lane replacement project.
The state Thruway Authority announced one lane will be closed at the interchange starting at 7:30 a.m. Monday, and it will remain closed until June 20.

Higher-speed E-ZPass lanes will not be affected.
