The Citizen staff report
A Jordan man was arrested Wednesday by state police on charges of unlawful surveillance.

The New York State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force with assistance from the Bureau of Criminal Investigations at Elbridge, charged Mark E. Boice, 52, of 46 N. Main St. Jordan, with one second-degree felony count of unlawful surveillance.

The investigation revealed that Boice was operating a massage therapy business from his residence and that he surreptitiously video recorded a female client undressing in the changing area of the business.

This investigation is ongoing and the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations at Elbridge are asking any current or former clients of Boice to contact Investigator Arthur Broccoli at 689-3353.
