Instituting year-around parking to accommodate a 20-second trash pickup is a bit much. Perhaps just on garbage day would be more logical.

A year ago at this time, pitcher John Lester of the Red Sox was getting treated for cancer and never expected to pitch again maybe live again and he just pitched a no-hitter! I hope you get a big story in the paper about it --- very inspirational -- but since it wasn't a Yankee, it might not get due recognition.

With the evidence so overwhelming, with pitching rotations, umpire assignments, schedules, everything, when is one sports reporter or editor going to have the courage to write what baseball people dirty little secret that baseball is fixed to get the Yankees into the post season play. The evidence is overwhelming.

How come the self-admitted, 95-percent plus liberal media in this country and their allies in the Democrat Party, are all for men being married. But when it comes to the not-even-as-bad practice as taking two wives, which is also ridiculous, the media is saying it's just about a capital offense.
