Justin Stanton led the Moravia baseball team with a home run, a triple and two RBIs in their 10-7 loss against Marcellus in an intersection, non-league game Saturday.
Despite the loss, the Blue Devils clinched the Section IV, IAC Division III title when Marathon defeated Groton earlier on Saturday.
The Blue Devils were down four runs in the seventh inning, but came back to tie the score. The Mustangs scored three times in the eighth inning to earn the win.
Eric Youngs and Joe Corson both had two hits and a double. Mike Drake smacked a double in the seventh that also knocked in two runs.
Stanton, Drake and Jeremy Stewart all spent time on the mound, though Stanton started and lasted four innings.
Moravia (8-2 division, 12-9 overall) hosts Dryden in a makeup game.

Sectional IV Individual Playoffs
Matt Cuff shot a 91 in the second round of state qualifiers and finished in 21st place for Union Springs.
The Wolves, who gained team success on Friday when Southern Cayuga defeated Groton to propel Union Springs to its first division title since 1985.
Union Springs participates in the Section IV Class C team tournament at Maple Hill Monday.
BOYS LACROSSE
Central Square 8, Auburn 7, OT
Mike Fandrich recorded a hat trick for the Maroons in a game on Friday.
Connor Entenmann, Sean Hogan, Matt Hoey and Kevin Festa all scored one goal, while Entenmann and Andrew Chadderdon passed for two assists each.
Hogan also had one assist, as did Bob Brannigan and Mike Tesorio.
The Maroons recorded 42 shots on goal while Central Square had just 28. Auburn also had the advantage with 33 ground balls, but managed just six face-off wins.
Auburn hosts Liverpool Tuesday in the team's Senior Night.
