The Auburn baseball team continues to pull out late game heroics. On Friday against Henninger, it was Brian Brazee's turn as the junior roped the game-winning hit in the bottom of the seventh to give Auburn a 5-4 win at Falcon Park.

In the sixth inning, Brazee also had a base hit before the Maroons sent in Alex Gatewood to pinch run. Eric Conway then came through with a double and knocked in Gatewood to tie the game at four.
In the bottom of the seventh, Matt Wild belted a leadoff double.
Four batters and one out, Brazee singled with the bags loaded as Wild brought in the winning run.
Ryan LaRue also had a double on the day and Nick Rusinko had a base hit before being taken out for Conway. Charles was 1-for-3 with a triple, a stolen base and scored twice.
On the mound, Siracusa tossed the first four innings, striking out two, giving up three hits and allowing one run to score. Steve Komanecky tossed 1 1/3 innings, scattering three hits which led to runs for the Knights.
Bob Buckley pitched the final inning, but got the win.
Auburn (11-5 overall, 8-0 league) travels to Liverpool Monday.
