Motorists may experience minor delays at the State Fairground/I-690 exit of the state Thruway starting next week thanks to some construction work.
The state Thruway Authority announced a lane replacement project at the exit that will last for three weeks starting on Monday.
One lane at the exit will be closed for about nine days, and once it is finished, the one next to it will be closed. All of the work should be done by May 30.
Higher-speed E-ZPass lanes will not be affected.
