The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office has charged an Auburn woman with allegedly having sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy.
Lisa M. Curcie, 22, of 8 Paul St., Auburn, was arrested at 11 a.m. Friday at the Cayuga County Public Safety Building and charged with second-degree rape, third-degree rape, third-degree criminal sexual act and third-degree sexual abuse.
The sheriff's office said a joint investigation into the alleged rape and abuse was conducted with the Cayuga County Health and Human Services Department after a report was made with the child protective hotline on April 29.
Authorities said the investigation revealed sexual contact had occurred in the summer of 2007 when the boy was 14 years old and continued until after he turned 15.
Curcie was arraigned in Auburn City Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
An order of protection was placed for the child.
