The Aurora Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who voted for our referendum to purchase a quint fire truck. Our community voted overwhelmingly to support this phase of our truck replacement program. This one new truck will replace three outdated vehicles, two of which had already been put out of service. We would also like to thank our fire commissioners for their persistence in securing funding for the truck replacement program.
