People driving into Syracuse on Tuesday may want to seek an alternate route if they normally take Interstate 690, or plan for possibly long delays, the state Department of Transportation reports.
The DOT said left and center lanes of I-690 eastbound will be closed from Hiawatha Boulevard to the West Street off ramp for resurfacing work.
The closure will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Exit and entry ramps will stay open.
