The United Church of Christ, at 77 Metcalf Drive, is a very busy place this spring.
Bible study will be offered at 7 p.m. Tuesday evenings, starting April 22. The focus will be on Understanding the Book of Revelation.
Heart to Heart is a spiritual journey for women being offered at the United Church of Christ. This is a 12-session program where women come together in a relaxed atmosphere to share stories and reassess God's will for them. Each meeting contains prayer exercises that touch the soul, Scriptures to enliven daily life and thoughts to help women focus more clearly on who they are and where they are going. Attendees will go away with friends who support but do not meddle, with a deeper experience of God, and down-to-earth practices that will help to deepen one's spiritual awareness in the everyday routines of one's life.
Please call Tina at 252-7306 or Sylvia at 252-6830 for more information.
A Missions Fair will be held at 6 tonight, at the United Church of Christ.
The church will host mission speakers coming from Habitat for Humanity, Hospice of the Finger Lakes, St. Pauly's Clothing service and the Salvation Army. This will be a fun evening including a dish to pass supper.
Please bring a dish and table service. Beverages and dessert will be provided.
Spring is here and work has resumed on the Prayer Path, which will be located behind the church. If interested in helping with this project, please contact Tina at 252-7306 or the Rev. Larry Bell at 252-4397.

“Relaxation of the mind from work consists in playful words or deeds. Therefore it becomes a wise and virtuous person to have recourse to such things. ... it is necessary at times to make use of them, in order to give rest, as it were, to the soul.”
- St. Thomas Aquinas
