Junior Matt Clark led the Auburn boys track and field team over Oswego, 72-69, Tuesday. Clark took first in the 100m (11.3) 200m (23.1), long jump 19-3 and triple jump (38-6).
Kevin Hoercher, Rob Culver, Paul Farinelli and Ricky Rainone came in first in the 4x800 relay (9:17.5). Manny Brooks had a jump of 5-10 in the high jump, earning him first place. Nick Fresco finished first in the shot put with a throw of 42-4.5. Chris Felter had a threw the discus for 111-8.5, earning him first place. Pat Turner had a pole vault jump of 10 feet, also good enough for first place for the Maroons.
Auburn (1-1) hosts Fayetteville-Manlius Wednesday.

Liz Mahoney took first in the 1500m (5:35.5) and 3000m (12:43,2); Laura Simmons had a throw of 28 feet for the shot put to take first, and in the 200m, Tiffany Parker finished first (26.9). Fleischman, Parker, Amber Kukiela and Charisse Chehovich ran for first place (4:39.7).
