What a way to get the first win of the season.
A 2-2 tie and two outs in the bottom of the seventh, Jordan-Elbridge lead-off hitter Lindsy Geery singled up the middle and then stole second before sophomore Elizabeth Caspari roped an RBI triple to give the Eagles the 3-2 win over league rival Marcellus on Monday.

Caspari and Sarah Fordyce each had two, with an RBI for both of them. Geery, Erika Peterson, Jenn Gasparek and Taylor Sauginas each had one. Gasparek got the win in the pitcher's circle, with three strikeouts and two walks in the complete game effort.
