The Syracuse men's lacrosse team, ranked No. 1 in the nation, continued its hot streak with a 15-8 victory over fifth-ranked Cornell Tuesday.
Kenny Nims had a career day, scoring two goals and dishing out five assists to help keep the Orange on a seven-game winning streak. Mike Leveille led the Orange with five goals and one assist. Leveille now has a streak of 49 consecutive games with recording a point.
Former Skaneateles lacrosse player Kyle Doctor scored a goal for the Big Red. Jordan-Elbridge's Kyle Guadagnolo picked up two ground balls and Skaneateles native Steve Babbles also had one ground ball.
Syracuse (9-1) travels to Rutgers Saturday.
