Your “Our View” article and AP's (“Associated Propaganda”) article in The Citizen about New York state's “poor” judges, almost brought me to tears. These are the same judges that canceled the death sentence for a man that used one of his kids' aluminum bats to beat their mother almost to death, and never spent any time in jail for it.
The wisdom of a judge, his lawyer and DA left him on the street to be able to use his company to purchase cyanide that he took to the hospital and finished his wife's murder.
These are the same “poor” judges who want more money for not letting a jury's decision prevail.
