Someone needs to explain to your sports columnist the difference between a talented basketball player and one who has potential.

Derrick Rose and Micheal Beasley are talented. Donte Green and Jonny Flynn have potential.

I think your local bias is interfering with your opinion. Or maybe you need to watch more college basketball.
