New Yorkers should have kept Spitzer

Saturday, March 29, 2008 11:49 PM EDT

After reading about the shenanigans our new governor has been in during his lifetime, we would have been better off keeping Eliot Spitzer -- the man with experience in government.
Governing a state is not a parallel to one's personal life.

Too bad, New Yorkers - we lost a good man!

Guess we'll just have to suffer.

" We lost a good man? Eliot Spitzer was the worst of them all. Mr. High and Mighty, defender of the little people. The number one LAW guy in the state. Except when it came to buying Hookers. Yes, he did put people in JAIL for exactly the same thing that he did. But hey, he was the Defender of the little people (Illegals anyway) license thing. And he work so well with the rest of the government, as long as you were a Democrat and did exactly what he wanted. Then lets look at Trooper Gate, yes Eliot, now with nothing to loose is being sacrificed for other Democrats who didn't do their jobs, is guilty of political NO-NO's in having Senator Bruno spied on by the N.Y. State Troopers. And this is my guess as to why he will not be prosecuted, so he can run as Barack Obamas VP, that's because he is a GOOD FOR NOTHING MAN. "

" If governing the state is not a parallel to one's personal life, then why all the fuss over our "new governors" shenanigans? I guess you'll have to enlighten me as to what good Spitzer did for New Yorkers anyway, because I fail to see where we benefited from having him. "
