WEEDSPORT -- Village Heights is being groomed for construction this summer in the village of Weedsport.
The Kyle Croft NY LLC developer Peter Kyle was among those presenting a surveyor's map to the joint planning board of the Village of Weedsport and the Town of Brutus for his planned subdivision at a Wednesday night meeting. Kyle asked the board to review and accept a map including an additional 26 acres to his Village Heights subdivision plan.
The revised map was drawn to correct a previous mistake on a map earlier submitted. The subdivision is on Hamilton Road and it divides a small portion of an adjacent farm to provide collateral for the bank, according to Kyle.
The joint planning board also reviewed the SEQR application and determined that there was no negative environmental impact.
