Also scoring for Auburn was Jabari Penda adding nine points and Anthony Pollard earning six points.
In the second round, Auburn played well in the first half, leading the RAP Fingerlakes, 51-24. Auburn took home the victory, 75-59 with Granato leading the team with 29 points.
Brian Roe scored 19 buckets, Jabari Penda tallied 14 points and Pollard ended with 11 points for Auburn.
The third round was a defensive battle with a very strong Rochester team but Auburn pulled through with the win, 44-37.
Leading for Auburn was Granato with 12 points and Phazon Charles earning nine points.
Defensively Conor Engle and Cody Cottrell had notable performances for the Auburn team.
In the semifinals, Auburn lost to one of the top ninth grade AAU teams in the state, RAP from Rochester.
After taking the lead at halftime 34-27, Auburn ran out of gas and lost 71-58.
Despite the loss, pacing Auburn was Granato with 23 points, 15 of which were first half points, Penda earned 10 points, Cottrell contributed five buckets and Engle followed up with four, keeping it a close game.
Auburn played without teammates Brendan Raftis and Michael Granato who should both be back for this week's March Madness Tournament in Syracuse.
