The deadline looms for making entries in this year's Hoops Challenge, a contest sponsored by The Citizen and other newspapers in the Lee Enterprises chain in which readers pick the winners in this year's NCAA men's basketball tournament.
All brackets must be filled out by 11 a.m. eastern time, roughly an hour before the first game of the tournament starts.
The person with the top local score wins a $100 prize.
