A Rochester man withdrew his plea of not guilty in Cayuga County Court Tuesday and admitted to two counts of selling cocaine in two separate instances.
Reginald Lawson, 50, of 28 Danforth St., Rochester, faces two concurrent 3 year prison sentences with 2 years post release supervision for the felony charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The sales took place in July 2007 and October 2007 to a confidential informant at an apartment in Auburn.
Lawson's accomplice in the October sale of cocaine, Michele Flowers, 47, of 28 Danforth St., Rochester, also pleaded guilty to the sale of cocaine.
Flowers faces a 2.5 year determinate prison sentence with up to 2 years post release supervision for the fifth-degree felony sale of a controlled substance. Flowers has a previous violent felony conviction stemming from a 1995 robbery.
Both Flowers and Lawson will be sentenced on April 29.
