A Cayuga County jury on Wednesday night found a Rochester man guilty of drug possession.
Kevin Henry, 36, of Rochester, was arrested in December 2006 when Auburn police arrived at 7401 Owasco St., Auburn, to carry out a search warrant for drugs. Police saw Henry throw a blue M&M container, which he used to store drugs, under a car and found a small bag of marijuana and more than 500 milligrams of cocaine.
Henry has a prior felony conviction in Rochester for possessing two loaded hand guns and running away from police. Henry will receive a 2.5- to 4.5-year sentence when he is sentenced on April 22.
