Here we go again, responding to another one of Matthew Whiting's letters.
First of all, Mr. Whiting, who died and left you National Spokesperson for the Society of Criticizing Murray Lynch's letters time and time again? Over a span of 19 years, I have written letters covering a multitude of topics. Your topics have always been the same (complaining only about my letters). You haven't complained about bad government, wars (Vietnam and Iraq) that shouldn't have been. You haven't complained about the lack of health insurance for millions who have none and can't afford it. You haven't touched on any topic that's worth covering.
Writing about me is more important to you than the reality of what's been going on in the world, past and present. Tell me, Mr. Whiting, why haven't you been able to take less than an hour a week to write weekly letters as I have for the past two decades?
Tell me, Mr. Whiting, when Jesus Christ said, “Go forth and be disciples of the Lord,” what do you think he meant? He obviously meant to speak out against injustices which I have always done. Jesus saw the least of our brethren as the ones needing help, not the wealthy. Even in my quizzes, I mention Jesus quite often. He certainly deserves the space and he'll always get it if I have anything to say about it. As for you, Mr. Whiting, I find it very hard to believe you're living in a real world.
I'm sure you would be very ecstatic and many others also if I just stopped writing. That's not going to happen because, like Jesus Christ, I persevere.
Quite frankly, Mr. Whiting, your criticisms of my letters can go on to the 12th of Never, and you won't deter me from The Way, The Truth and The Light, doing the Lord's work.
In the future, if you don't like the answers to the quizzes, write your own and give yourself an adjusted A. As for myself, I always give myself an A for effort in taking the time to write letters.
