The Sennett Zoning Board of Appeals is holding a public hearing at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 26, to continue hearing the appeal of RyBach & Rig Properties, LLC regarding zoning ordinance and local law interpretations.
The dispute centers on the Pioneer Restaurant property which was renovated to include some expanded use, with the issue of non-conforming use coming into play.
The hearing will be held at the Sennett Town Office Building, 6931 Cherry Street Road.
