An Auburn man was sentenced in Auburn City Court Thursday to two concurrent 2.5 year sentences with two years post release supervision for the sale and attempted sale of drugs.
John Manzari, 50, of 47 Nelson St., Auburn, will also have to pay $520 in fees and restitution.
Cayuga County District Attorney Jon Budelmann pointed out Manzari's extensive criminal record as grounds for a 2.5 year sentence.
"Prison is a time of reflection," Judge Thomas Leone said to Manzari. "You and I are roughly the same age. We're both old enough to know better."
