Gov. Eliot Spitzer is scheduled to speak on the upstate New York economy in Auburn later this week.
Spitzer will share details on his economic plan with members of the Cayuga County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday.
The event marks Spitzer's second appearance in Auburn since being sworn into office in 2007. He made a campaign-season appearance last fall at a local Democratic Party fundraiser.
Thursday's speech is open by invitation to chamber members and their employees. It runs from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Holiday Inn in Auburn.
