Corissa Quattrini led Cayuga Community College with 23 points in their win on Tuesday over Corning Community College 62-50. Quattrini was also a perfect 7-7 at the charity line and also picking up 10 rebounds. Ryan Reeder also scored in the double-digits with 10 and did a great job along with Kaitlyn Liccion on defense. Courtney Dare finished with nine points and Tiffany Collinsworth pitched in with seven. All eight of the Spartans that dressed up recorded points in the win.
“Our defense did a great job of adjusting in the second half.” Spartans coach Jim Alberici said. “In the first half we allowed five three-point baskets in the second we allowed just one.”
