The Republican record --- Reagan: dirty deals with Iran, sales of weapons to Iraq, star wars, air traffic controllers dirty deal. Bush: stolen elections, 9/11 lies, weapons of mass destruction lies, no bid contracts to Halliburton, billions missing, waterboarding, domestic spying, billions given away in Iraq, tax giveaway to rich, price of gas, stock market crash, loss of good jobs.
Oh yeah, John Salamone was great. The firemen loved him -- must be someone that wants a great contract wrote that Two Cents item.
I thought a few years ago when I got my driver's license, there was something in there about pulling over and yielding to emergency traffic. Apparently, that isn't so in this day and age because I've seen so many young people that don't do that.
A person who did nothing to bring POWs he knew were in Vietnam with him home doesn't deserve to be president.
Anyone who says the Second Amendment doesn't pertain to honest citizens doesn't deserve to be president.

"how do i get my school districk to come for my area tio post or show on my page?"
"districk" is clearly a misspelling of "district" and "tio" looks like a typo for "to" -- but even so -- can anyone tell me what this person is asking? How does one get a school district to come for my area? Come where? What?
This is a real post from another page of this paper. "

And though the meaning was clear enough in my example, we've had more than one poster here whose point did NOT come across because the person's communication skills were so poor that the meaning was utterly jumbled.
But to more interesting things: The other day I lost a train of thought when I couldn't find a quotation I wanted to illustrate a point. I've found my quotation, but the train has left the station. It was something about the Founding Fathers and their attitudes towards privilege and the special interests of the wealthy and powerful of their day. The quotation is from James Madision:
"[Elections] ought to be so constituted as to protect the minority of the opulent against the majority."
(From the Federal Convention of 17887)
I know that was an eye-opener when I first read it.
Well, Mr. Madison has surely had his wish come true. Those who were wondering how our government came to be so much under the control of wealthy special interests groups, particularly powerful corporations, need look no further -- that problem has been built in from the beginning, expanded upon and become firmly entrenched.
The only way out is to go back to that other source -- the Declaration of Independence, and remind ourselves that the right --and duty-- to sweep away corrupt forms of government is also ours. "

"Cries for reform" not "cries of reform," unless you mean the opposite of what I think you do.
Some days I just have bad grammar tolerance management problems. ;-)
I know they were just typos, (we all make them sometimes) and I'm not really busting your chops, but it makes a good example; that second typo completely reverses the meaning you were trying to get across, which is why I grumble so often about the importance of communication skills. Forgive me for singling you out -- I absolutely do not always agree with you, Mr. Morgan, but you generally write well enough we can understand your meaning. I was just picking on you to make a point about other posts I've seen here. Apologies for the gentle ribbing. "

Let's remember, in enumerating the manifest crimes and misdemeanors of the Republican Party, that this was the group that was supposed to "restore honor and integrity to the White House"--what a load of hooey!
The Republicans posed themselves as so holier-than-thou over the Dems and over Clinton. Now, I don;t mind so much a man who has honest failings, but blatant hypocrisy and outright lies that wind up killing people is a whole other ball game.
And AJ--just wait until Bush leaves office--two to one, he pardons Bin Laden himself! "
