  • Obama as president would be as good as Kennedy was
    I, like Senator Edward Kennedy, am appalled at the campaign tactics that have been used by Bill and Hillary Clinton. Examples include Bill's reference to Jesse Jackson's campaign victories in South Carolina during the '80s, which suggested that Senator Obama's success would be based on his ethnicity.

  • None of the Republican candidates can be trusted
    “Smaller government, smaller taxes.” That's what all the GOP candidates are campaigning on. Add to that more mumbo jumbo about Iraq and how the surge is working and how we're going to end up winning that war. McCain, Guiliani, Huckabee and Romney all say Hillary is not in tune with the American people. What a joke. Hillary will at least admit the American people are not being properly represented. As a matter of fact, outside of the rich and powerful, they're not being represented at all. Talk about being out of touch. They are so far out of touch that on a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 1. On a scale of 0 to 10, I give them a zero.
