Two Auburn teenagers were arrested early Tuesday morning on charges they stole various items from approximately 20 vehicles in Auburn, police said.
Kenneth M. Lafler, 17, of 114 Janet St., and Clarence J. Redden III, 16, of 3 Sheridan St., have both been charged with one felony count of fourth-degree grand larceny and two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny, according to the Auburn Police Department.
Police accused the two men of stealing money, electronic devices, a wallet with credit cards, a bowling ball and other property from vehicles parked in a neighborhood south of East Genesee Street, which includes Hoffman and Gaylord streets.
Lafler and Redden were arrested on Howard Street at approximately 4:30 a.m., and investigators believe there may be other alleged victims, according to the APD.
Investigators ask anyone who thinks they fall into this category to call 253-3231.
