The state Thruway Authority is advising as of Saturday afternoon that diesel fuel is temporarily unavailable at the Seneca Travel Plaza, a westbound stop between Exits 44 and 45.
Motorists needing diesel should stop at the Junius Ponds Travel Plaza, between Exits 41 and 42. The next plaza with diesel beyond the Seneca plaza is the Ontario Travel Plaza, about 26 miles farther down the road.
The authority did not provide an estimate for when diesel will be stored at the Seneca location.
