A Syracuse man faces multiple charges related to a triple stabbing late Saturday night in the town of Fleming, the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office reported.
No one suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident, but two of the three victims remain hospitalized at University Hospital, in Syracuse, the sheriff's office said Sunday morning. All of the victims, one man and two women, were in their early 20s, according to sheriff's officials.
The sheriff's office charged Randy F. Wilson, 20, with one count of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and a count of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. All of the charges are felonies.
The stabbing, which occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m., stemmed from a fight at a Justin Drive residence. According to the sheriff's office, Wilson was an invited guest at the residence before the situation turned violent and he allegedly pulled out a knife.
Wilson has been remitted to Cayuga County Jail on bail of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
