Pedestrian struck, injured by truck

A man was airlifted to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse Tuesday afternoon after officials said he was struck by a truck in Auburn.
The Auburn Fire Department received a call about an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at approximately 12:41 p.m., according to the AFD. Fire officials were dispatched to North Division Street near Cottage Street, and the pedestrian was transported to Auburn Memorial Hospital before being immediately airlifted to Syracuse, according to the AFD.

Officials have not yet released the names of anyone involved, and the condition of the injured man was not available.
