SYRACUSE - A 40-year-old woman remains in jail on no bail after arraignment on charges she poisoned her husband two years ago and tried to kill her daughter in September.
Stacey Castor of Clay was arraigned Wednesday morning on a second-degree murder charge for the 2005 death of her husband, David Castor. She's also accused of filing a questionable will after his death, with all of his assets left to her.

The indictment includes charges Castor tried to kill her 20-year-old daughter - Ashley Wallace - with a mixture of drugs and alcohol.

Castor has also been named a suspect in the poisoning death of her first husband, Michael Wallace, who died in 2000.

" Do you have a legal degree to justify the foolish statements you are making? The prosecutors are trying the case the best they know how to. This is one case where your two cents are not worthy. "

" Hey Cayuga County what's wrong with you? Aren't you going to charge this woman for the death of her first husband. After all you went to all of the trouble of exsuming his body. Why isn't she being charged with his death also? "
