I have been a subscriber with The Citizen since the mid-50s. I admire your creativity.
Your paper must be doing something right.
In the ‘70s the owner, Mr. Eric Osborne, requested me to set up the circulation system as far east of Auburn as necessary for a creation of a free newspaper.
I completed my contract in just a few months. Obviously I was not privy to the inner workings of the system.
My thoughts then still persist today.
Your circulation department doesn't seem to have progress; this is not a criticism, and it's an observation.
At the end of the day, all the efforts of your people come down to the common denominator, your life's blood, home delivery. Incentive ... motivation ... motivation.
