Darin Fellows began the match with a win via a 1:35 pin in the 130-pound weight class.
Also winning by pinfall for the Blue Devils were sophomore Caleb Wallace (135) in 4:25, Josh Winks (171) in 1:41 and freshman Al Holdridge (112) in 2:36.
“Al did a lot of great things that we practice every day,” Cato-Meridian coach Dan Butler said. “He's very coachable.”
Nick Lalone (140) won by a 22-7 technical fall to advance his record to 9-1 on the year. Also at 9-1 is Dom Giacolone, who earned a win by forfeit in the 103-pound weight class. Ethan Holt (152) also won by forfeit.
Senior Marc Walton (145) won a 21-7 decision and Brandon Bosco came out victorious by way of a 15-2 decision.
At 6-1, the two-time defending Patriot League Champs are about where they expected to be at this point in the season, but that doesn't mean they're assuming a third league title is a given.
“We're continuing to improve,” Butler said. “The guys are doing what they need to do and picking up on what we're doing in practice. They're not reverting to what they shouldn't be doing and they showed that a little bit better tonight.”
The Blue Devils travel to LaFayette on Friday.
