No public hearing at Locke town meeting
The town of Locke will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. tonight in the town hall, but the tentative agenda does not include a public hearing on the dispute over liability insurance requirements for town building-permit applications. The town supervisor said the hearing was a “recommendation of the town attorney” and that the board did not formally pass a resolution to hold a public hearing.
However, there will be an opportunity for the public to be heard at the meeting and changes may still be made to the agenda.
