On April 18, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court in the Gonzales vs. Carhart case upheld the constitutionality of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban passed by Congress and signed into law by President Bush.
It states that doctors who perform partial-birth abortions can be fined and/or imprisoned up to two years.
Doctors who perform partial-birth abortions, though, have found a way around this Supreme Court ruling.
They inject unborn babies who are over 5 months old with lethal drugs to kill them before any partial delivery or extraction from their mother's womb.
This eliminates the abortionists of being held criminally responsible for beginning delivery of a living child and then killing him or her.
In some places lethal injections are done prior to all abortions after 18 to 20 weeks gestation.
Since Roe vs. Wade over 50 million Americans have been aborted. Imagine how many brilliant minds were in that group - maybe an Einstein or two.
