Treat customers with politeness and respect

I read about prejudging others by the outward appearance, by Lisa Backus. There has been something that's been bothering me. Didn't want to seem un-Christian by bringing it up.
After lacking much sleep, it had been a long day, I took a relative to a doctor's appointment in Syracuse and on the way back stopped at a place of business to pick up needed ink for a printer real quick.

Being so sleep deprived, it was hard for me to think, plus being concerned for my sick relative. I was about to say, I wish I could remember the number when she finished the sentence with, READ YOUR MIND.

To say the least she didn't smile or direct me to the check out, I thought she was going to check me out since she went behind the counter with my product. But then she returned to talking with co-workers in the store.

Anyone who knows me is aware I smile, being as pleasant as possible to all cashiers and workers. Someone very close to me went into your place of business spending thousands of dollars.

The next time you may lose business due to such a negative attitude. Treat all your customers with a smile and politeness. Thank you.

" Yikes has an unusual talent for addressing anything but the point that is being made. Just like I am doing. "

" Your dedication toward family affairs is to be admired. However, I'd be more concerned about driving to Syracuse having been "so sleep deprived that it was hard for you to think". I'm glad you made it back safely. "
