Now a question: What, if any, plans do you have for Timmy's Road to Nowhere? Please don't let taxpayer money go to waste and let it remain a third entrance to the WalMart parking lot.

" Federal highway funds are released for expenditure incrementally. My guess is the City is waiting for the balance of the federal funds to become available and then they'll complete the project. What's wrong with a two phase project? The first phase was completed when asphalt prices were lower, thereby saving the taxpayers some money. "
