Effective coaching to be taught
The Human Services Coalition of Cayuga County is offering an Effective Communications workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Cayuga County Natural Resource Center, 7413 County House Road, Sennett.
Coaching for performance has never been more critical in an era where we are all asked to “do more with less.” But positive coaching's benefits go beyond work performance and can actually impact morale, retention and succession planning. This session explores coaching as a tool for motivation and retention and offers two simple but effective models for prescriptively offering employees positive strategies to heighten performance and correct deficits.
Facilitator Louise McAdoo Wagner is a senior training consultant with Eagle Consultants.
Cost for the training is $45 for Human Services Coalition members and $60 for non-members.
