Pundt led Wolves in blocks this season
Junior middle hitter Hillary Pundt, of Skaneateles, recently completed her third season with the SUNYIT women's volleyball program.
Pundt was the Wildcats' leader in blocks (191) and was second in digs (344) this season.
The third year middle hitter's 191 blocks ranked her second in the entire SUNYAC Conference this season.
Pundt earned triple doubles twice and missed a third by just one block this year.
She rang up 12 kills, 13 digs and 10 blocks in a 3-2 comeback win over Old Westbury on Oct. 6 and picked up a career-high 27 kills, 15 digs and 10 blocks against Morrisville on Oct. 24.
Her 27 kills was the highest total recorded by any SUNYAC player this season.
In 2008, Pundt will have a legitimate shot at surpassing the 1,000-kill, 1,000-dig and 500-block marks for her career.
Pundt is currently pursuing a degree in computer engineering technology. She is also a member of the 2007-08 SUNYIT women's basketball team, averaging six points and five rebounds in the Wildcats' first two contests.

The junior quarterback was named to the honorable mention team, earning All-NJAC honors for the first time.
Miles took over as Cortland's starting quarterback in the first quarter of the season opener after an injury to Alex Smith.
