Salvation Army needs to protect donated goods

Saturday, December 1, 2007 11:41 PM EST

My wife and I do not hesitate to take usable, used clothing to the Salvation Army store on Grant Avenue.
Today, I left some clothes, but the pile of “pending” donations outside was at least 40 feet long and 25 feet wide and getting wet.

Sincerely hope this improves.

" I found the church on the corner of Metcalf and Lake puts clothing donations to a very good use. They have a drop box, will give you a receipt for your taxes as well and it is emptied as it should be. "

" Then volunteer to help them process donations. Maybe they need help not criticism. "
