Charles B. Hubbard, of 81 Wall St., today joined the ranks of the Auburn men who have applied for enlistment in the United States Navy since war with Germany was declared. Hubbard made application through Postmaster P.T. Quigley and was accepted subject to final exam by doctors in Syracuse.
