Here are nine top questions that are worth your time to find answers to.
1. If you become president in 2009, how would you go about righting the (presently sinking faster than a speeding bullet) ship of state?
2. From the world of sports, to the world of business, anyone who doesn't do a satisfactory job performance gets canned. So why is it that someone who has the biggest job in the USA (president of it) doesn't suffer the same fate?
3. Why has our government always been so two-faced to those on the medium scale on down regarding income eligibility? I thought the idea was for everyone to earn as much income as possible, yet earnings on semi-retirees have limitations. Why, on the one hand, does our government want to keep most of the populace from earning all they can, yet for the wealthiest among us there are no limits? And why doesn't it want them to pay their fair share in taxes?
4. Whose job is it to make for a better world?
5. “If you don't vote, you shouldn't complain,” and “If you don't vote, you can't expect to be represented.” But doesn't it really boil down to whether you vote or not, once politicians get into office they more often than not don't live up to their promises and don't listen to the majority that elected them?
6. All sports have a referee, umpire or official to call penalties and “fouls.” Isn't it time to call “fouls” on politicians?
7. Ever since George Bush became president, he has been obsessed with Iraq. Isn't it only fitting he become a naturalized Iraqi citizen and maybe someday be elected president. And after being elected, then become dictator like he was here?
8. After seven years in office it's still hard to understand what language Bush speaks. Could it be he's speaking multiple languages at once?
9. Shouldn't the GOP change their mascot from an elephant to a bulldog and the Democrats change theirs from a donkey to a kitty cat?
