People with mental illnesses are discriminated against

Wednesday, November 21, 2007 9:36 PM EST

Yet people over 40 and the mentally ill are openly discriminated against in employment, and the government does nothing.

What is the sense of having laws on the books if they're not enforced.

" Karl I am proud to be slammed in the same posting as you. Especially by the midget of intelligence and wit, Double Dumbo the pencil necked geek and idiot savant. "

" If you feel you have been discriminated against b/c of you mental illness, there are advocacy groups out there that can help. You signed your letter that you are from Syracuse. Try the Peer Networking Group or Unique Perspectives. Two terrific peer run organizations that may be able to assist you. Good Luck "
