The building of a digester next to the waste treatment plant is a reason for concern. The city will become importers to keep it up to full capacity. Will it come in by truck, pipeline or whatever, means in my opinion, it already stinks.

The state of the art wastewater treatment plant with its incinerator continues to pollute the northwest sections of the city and towns. We were told that a smokestack high enough would take care of the problem. The politicians promised but never delivered and the residents continue to suffer.

To the people in the town of Throop: The city wants to expand its dump in your backyard. Your properties are all in jeopardy, while history continues to repeat itself.
