AUBURN -- A Weedsport man will spend time in prison for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Angelo Amodei, of 20 Fietta Ln., was sentenced to 1.5-to-four years in prison Thursday at Cayuga County court for operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level that exceeded .08 percenty. Amodei, 42, was also given one year of incarceration for operating a vehicle without a license, which will be served concurrently.
Amodei's driver's license will also be revoked for one year, and he will have to pay $1,295 in fines and fees.
