Mary Mohler wrote a good article in the February edition of Family Circle. It is titled “Love Your Life.” Here are her suggestions:
€ Say thank you: At bedtime list three things you are grateful for , then thank the people who have helped you in some way with a phone call or note next day. You will all benefit!
€ Whenever you're feeling frantic, stop and ask yourself what one task absolutely has to be done next. Then bring your full attention to it. Once it's done, take a deep breath and decide what comes next, and move on to it.
€ Organize your surroundings: Clutter can overwhelm your spirit. Disorganization is a cause of constant stress.
€ Forget trying to store what you don't really need. Give it away or haul it to the curb.
€ Spend 10 minutes every day by decluttering a spot where thing accumulate.
€ With less stuff around to take care of, you'll have more time to devote to what you really hold dear.
Remember all these suggestions and follow them, and your days will surely go better.
